Subscribing MailBucket to mailing lists may require you to spoof your 'from' address, depending on the list's sign-up interface. In many cases, you will need to check the first item at mailbucket.org/list-name.xml for confirmation instructions. Many lists only allow posts from subscribed email addresses; in these cases you should post from your own address, and have mail delivery disabled for your account if the list management software allows it (Mailman does).
